Will You Be Profitable With Internet Network Marketing?

Its a common question in the MLM industry, can we successfully build a business using the internet?

The answer I believe from personal experience is that yes, the internet can be used and is very powerful for building a business, but there are some things the internet cannot replace. You should still be calling leads and prospects on the telephone or face to face if you want to actually sponsor on a consistent basis.

When I first got started Network Marketing online I honestly thought that I could do pretty much everything online. At that time I still was apprehensive to pick up the phone and call my prospects. Whilst I was able to use some powerful leverage that the web offers, I soon knew that I would still need to be calling and connecting with my prospects if I was to realise my full potential.

The internet can do a lot for us as network marketers, it’s a fantastic communication tool for a start.

With the leverage of emails, videos and mass conference calls, rapport building with prospects is easy.

By network marketing online you can also earn a ton of money. If you are worried about insufficient technical knowledge or think you have to be some kind of a guru then you don’t need to be concerned. There are systems available built on the principles of attraction marketing that will do a lot of the leg work for you. Most will be already set up with several affiliate income streams, so you can in theory start earning pretty quickly.

So how would such a system work?

Theres not much to it really

1) A marketing system that funnels your prospects through a scientific process should be implemented first of all.

2) The next thing is to learn how to generate traffic to that sales funnel. Most people seem to get hung up on this point. You should be sending your visitors to a one page website that is often called an opt in page. It’s here where you can make an offer to your visitor in exchange for their details (usually at least an email address), you might offer a training course or maybe just a simple eBook

3) Your leads then start on your follow-up process, which is emails designed to deliver value and motivate them. They start to see you as a bit of an expert in your field, plus they start to like & trust you. Whats happening is that your leads are quickly turning into a warm market of people who know a little about you and are more likely to buy from you or work with you.

4) Every now and then you can promote a product to your list that will earn you a commission. Often people will just buy if you promote something, because they already like and trust you. Never abuse this though or you won’t have much of a list for long.

5) You can expose your prospects to your primary business opportunity. Invite them to a presentation and then follow up with them personally (usually on the phone).

It isn’t uncommon for people on your list to actually call you and ask about your business. I’ve had this happen many times before, sometimes people call me after seeing only my first video which they watch after opting into my list.

Network marketing online can really work well, and you can build a massive following online. Please don’t try and be an internet guru though, there simply isn’t any need and will waste so much time. Just find a system that works and never forget what network marketing is really all about.
